Needlecraft Books is a small retailer with low margins. Our aim is to delivery vintage and out of print books to people who love them and can’t find them elsewhere.
We incorporate the cost of shipping into our prices. We do our best to describe books as accurately as possible. However, if you have any concerns about the condition of a book, please contact us before purchasing.
The cost of shipping is a major component of the price of our books. If you wish to return a book, return postage will be at the buyer’s expense and you will be refunded the cost of the book, minus the cost of posting it to you in the first place. Returns will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned goods.
We want our customers to be happy so please ask all your questions before purchasing.
There are no refunds on digital downloads.
Some of our items are fulfilled by third-party vendors. Please contact us for information about returns of defective items. There are no returns for change of mind.
