Needlecraft Books is a small retailer with low margins. Our aim is to deliver vintage and out of print books to people who love them and can’t find them elsewhere.
We do our best to describe books as accurately as possible. However, if you have any concerns about the condition of a book, please contact us before purchasing.
Returns on physical books are accepted within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page before sending anything back. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense, and refunds will be for the cost of the book only, minus the original postage cost. Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item.
There are no refunds on digital downloads, as these are delivered instantly upon purchase.
Some items are fulfilled by third-party vendors. Please contact us regarding returns of defective third-party items. There are no returns for change of mind.
